Today's post gonna be something different.
I used to weigh 45kg in high school. Until I entered Pre-U, I gained 5kg. Then I entered University, I gained another 5kg. So I was55kg (sobs)... up until semester 2, I have no idea how I managed to lose that 10kg and back to 45kg..YAY!! I was happy..but not for long =.='''
I gained again, so now after graduating I'm 50kg.
I never tried diet pils but I've tried ginger lotion a.k.a losyen halia. Where you rub a dub dub on the areas you want to burn fats. But it didn't work for me.
So, this is a short story on how I lose 5 kg before my graduation which was last year.
First, I took up Natural Clenx Tea by NH DETOXLIM. This is my third box taking Clenx Tea but I'm not consuming it daily. I've tried others in between but I always end up going back to this.When I first started taking this, the effect was OMG! my stomach was painful and I went to the toilet like 4-5 times. I almost gave up but I thought it would be a waste to not finish it. So I drank another cup the next day. Same thing happened! I couldn't stand the pain!
But I still continue the third day. Surprisingly it didn't hurt so utterly bad but I still went to the toilet like 3 times. After the third day, I've got a flat belly! Wow.. So I continue on with it but I don't consume it daily now, I only take it when I felt like I've eaten a lot for the day. The effect will normally come 10-12 hours after consuming. So, If you've plan on going somewhere, think before you drink. hehe...
The reason I'm not consuming it daily because I don't want to be too depended on this for losing weight. This is just an extra for me to clenx and detox my 'inside' body :)
Next, exercise is a must! I'll go for a jog at least 45 minutes 2-3 times per week when I have time to go out. When I don't, I'll exercise in my room, standing in front of a mirror doing stretching and dumbbells lifting (2kg each) for at least 30 minutes.
Even when I've lost 5kg, I still see myself in the mirror kinda flabby. That is why I'm determine to get fit. Like a quote saying " Exercise to be fit, not to be skinny ".
Lastly, for me this part is extremely important which is stick up inspirational pictures and quotes. Put it somewhere that you'll see EVERYDAY. Like me, its on my laptop wallpaper... hehe..

Not only that, here are celebrities that inspires me. I know they are rich and they can afford to hire a personal trainer, but " if there's a will, there's a way " for non-celebrities like us to achieve it.

I started watching him in We Got Married and I fell for him. He was kinda chubby back then but now he is a doing so so fine :D He is the group leader for CNBlue. I love all their songs! They are my favorite Kpop band that doesn't dance but plays instruments! While my no 1 Kpop band that dances...guess what?BigBang of course! :D
